Easy Rice Bran Bread

 

Quick and easy; makes a wonderful breakfast toast.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Sugar
1 large Egg
1-1/2 cups Brown Rice Flour
2 Tb Potato Starch
1 Tb Rice Bran
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tso Cream of Tartar
1 cup Milk

Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease a 4" x 6" bread pan, set aside.
Mix sugar and egg together.
Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Mix well. Stir in milk.
Pour into prepared baking pan and bake 40 minutes.
Allow to cool before slicing
